A NEW APPROACH TO ACHIEVING YOUR FITNESS GOALS

Text Box: Perform varied exercises that combine Strength, Cardio, and Flexibility techniques
Get an abundance of fresh air--whenever possible workout outside
When training, coordinate the rhythm of your Body, Mind, and Breathing 
Stretch and massage yourself daily to facilitate improved blood flow & foster rapid healing
Take cold baths or showers after exercising
Use natural soaps and shampoos
Take hot baths or steam showers to flush out toxins and regenerate your body & mind
With the change of each season, fast for a complete day; it will cleanse your organs and give them proper rest
Laugh (laughter stimulates smiling, which is proven to release stress and tension)
Nap or Meditate (take 15 minutes during the day to catnap or meditate to regenerate)
Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep each night (the hours before midnight are best)
Adhere to a sensible diet (Please refer to the LEBOXING Nutrition section)
