A NEW APPROACH TO ACHIEVING YOUR FITNESS GOALS

Text Box: LEBOXING Morning Super Shake 
Ingredients
Distilled Water
Choice of Fruit (Bananas, Raisins, Strawberries, or Pineapples)
Whey Protein Powder (1-2 scoops)
Handful of Nuts (Cashews, Almonds or Walnuts) 
1 Teaspoon Flax Seeds
	
Directions
Add a handful of ice to blender.
Add all listed ingredients, except the Whey Protein Powder.
Blend for 1 minute.
Add the Whey Protein.
Blend for 10 seconds.
Serve and Enjoy!
