A NEW APPROACH TO ACHIEVING YOUR FITNESS GOALS

Text Box: Drink distilled water or spring water 
Drink a glass of distilled/spring water upon rising in the morning and a glass before going to bed
Eat 5-6 “small” meals, spread out throughout the day 
Limit your meat to 6 ounces per meal and your fats/oils to 1 ounce per meal
Chew your food thoroughly & eat slowly; digestion starts in the mouth
Eat organic food whenever possible; whatever the animal/plant eats, you eat
Avoid eating processed sugar, white flour, and limit your salt intake
Substitute raw honey, in place of processed sugar, to sweeten your food
Replace your intake of white flour based food items with whole wheat based substitutes
Use good oils, such as fish, flaxseed, sesame, olive, canola, and walnut 
Drink fresh juices; the pasteurization process kills the nutrients in fruits & vegetables
Avoid soft drinks; they are high in sugar & the carbonation causes fermentation in the stomach
Avoid fried food; when preparing food: broil/barbecue/steam or boil
Do not smoke tobacco; self explanatory—just look at smokers 
Limit your alcohol intake; red wine spritzers are a great alternative if you must drink
